After consulting with client, we establish a fitness starting point, "Before" pics & stats and then work out a weekly, changing routine to address their personal goals of strength, rehab, weight loss, competition, etc. I email regular routines & programs and do post consults, as needed. As a sports competitor since an early age, I have had a long career working in a variety of sports. In addition to general fitness coaching, I have special skills in athlete training, including Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Strongman, Football & Baseball conditioning. My athlete's programs include focus on explosiveness, strength, flexibility & endurance and incorporate, weights, kettlebells, TRX, cardio and more.
